Can I use NH Pro without connecting any devices?
Yes. You’ll still get a personalized plan from your intake and goals. Connecting data sources (wearables, food log, sleep) simply unlocks deeper insights and more precise “next best steps.”
How long does onboarding take?
Most members finish in 5–10 minutes: complete the intake, choose a plan, and (optionally) connect apps like Apple Health or MyFitnessPal. Your dashboard populates immediately and refines over the first week.
What’s included in Monthly vs Annual?
Both include the same features (dashboard, recommendations, integrations). Annual gives you the best total value and includes priority support and bonus check-ins.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Try every feature for 14 days. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings. If you keep going, your plan starts automatically on day 15.
Who can see my health data?
Only you—and any clinician or coach you explicitly invite. We don’t sell personal data. You control integrations and can disconnect or delete your data at any time.
How are “next best steps” generated?
We combine your intake, goals, and connected data with evidence-based rules to prioritize 1–3 actionable steps. As your data changes, the recommendations update automatically.
Do I have to buy supplements from Nutrition House?
No. Recommendations include NH products for convenience, but you can use equivalents you already have. Your dashboard and guidance work either way.
Can I use my own labs?
Yes—upload PDF results or enter key markers manually. We’ll map them to your dashboard targets and reminders. You will be offered a HIPAA release form to sign to share your protected health information
Which devices and apps do you support?
Apple Health/Watch, Fitbit, Oura, and MyFitnessPal are supported today. We’re adding more—if you have a favorite, let us know and we’ll prioritize it.
Can I pause or cancel any time?
Yes. Manage your plan from account settings—pause for a month, switch between Monthly/Annual, or cancel. Pausing preserves your data and settings.
